Dan Charles
Dan is a Senior Training Specialist for a Fortune 100 company. He spent three years designing and continues to deliver business continuity and emergency management training throughout the nation. Dan’s technical areas of experience include continuity planning, manufacturing operations and systems, quality assurance, marketing research systems, small business payroll operations, and enterprise resource planning software. He also has eight years of volunteer firefighting, technical rescue, and first responder experience. He holds degrees – a B.A. in Writing and a B.S. in Electronic Media – from Missouri State University. His certifications include high angle and swiftwater rescue, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), and the Emergency Management Institute, Professional Continuity Planner (PCP).
