Tyler Pendleton

Mr. Tyler Pendleton is an instructor with The University of Findlay, an academic partner of the RDPC.

Mr. Pendleton, CET (Certified Environmental Trainer), has over 28 years of experience in the development and presentation of environmental health and safety programs. Additionally, he has 22 years with the United States Coast Guard (13 years active and nine years reserve) where he was an on-scene coordinator representative and a marine inspector.

Mr. Pendleton spent five years on the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Response Team where he was project manager for the Emergency Response Training and the Inland Oil Spill courses.

Mr. Pendleton has authored and coauthored training manuals for government grants and university training courses. He has presented thousands of hours of training on hazardous material cleanup operations and emergency response. Mr. Pendleton has specialty expertise in the design and implementation of emergency and disaster scenarios and exercises. He is currently an adjunct instructor at The All Hazards Training Center at University of Findlay.
