Mr. R. Jarred Ball is a master instructor with NorthWest Arkansas Community College, an academic partner of the RDPC.
Mr. Ball has conducted risk and vulnerability assessments in rural communities throughout Kentucky for five years as a team member with the Kentucky Community Preparedness Program (KCPP). During his time with the KCPP, he assessed hundreds of critical infrastructure and key asset facilities across the Commonwealth from an anti-terrorism perspective.
Mr. Ball received a bachelor’s degree in geography in 2003 and a master’s degree in safety security and emergency management in 2008 from Eastern Kentucky University. He also has received over 500 hours of homeland security training from across the United States.
